Martha Effinger, Associate
Martha Effinger focuses her practice on business transactions, including entity selection and formation, as well as the areas of estate planning and estate administration.
Born and raised in Talbot County, Martha obtained her undergraduate degree from Towson University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She was publications editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society, and a student attorney with the University of Baltimore Community Development Clinic. During law school she was a judicial intern with the Honorable Stephen H. Kehoe, in the Circuit Court for Talbot County and entered private practice upon graduation.
